The Antilope consortium recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of information provided to us. Collected information Sources

The information we collect is gathered from several sources. These include, but are not limited to: our consortium members, events registrations, news subscriptions, and expressions of interest sent to us. From these sources we may collect names, organisation, job title, country, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers for those individuals that volunteer such information. For visitors to our website, our web server may automatically collect the visitor’s domain name and IP address only, but no other identifiable information unless volunteered.

Use of collected information

As part of a subscription or workshop registration, registrants will be contacted by us through email and/or phone to communicate with them about their subscription and/or registration. They will be contacted for updates or surveys related to their subscription and/or registration.

Sharing of collected information

When you provide contact information to Antilope, we may share this within the consortium core group.

Antilope only keeps the following information about visitors to our website: The name of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and or the IP address which gives access to the network, as well as the most popular requested search key words. This information allows us to elaborate statistics about the countries networks accessing our web most frequently and to improve visitors website experience.
