Health Level Seven International (HL7) is the global authority on standards for interoperability of health information technology, with members in over 55 countries. HL7 Hellas, the Greek Affiliate established in 2003, participated in the Calliope Thematic Network, is a member of the National Standardisation Committee for electronic healthcare (eHealth 14/TE 1, has created a common interdisciplinary digital health working group with the Athens Medical Society.
